Can I purchase printed and digital items together?
Yes. Printed products and downloadable resources can be purchased in the same order. Shipping charges apply only to the physical products that must be mailed.
How do quantity discounts work?
Eligible volume discounts are calculated automatically.
Orders of 100 or more eligible printed pamphlets in any combination reduce the price from $1.00 to $0.75 per pamphlet.
Orders of 100 or more key fobs in any combination reduce the price from $1.00 to $0.75 per key fob.
Orders of 10 or more convention MP3s reduce the price from $2.00 to $1.00 per track.
Where will I find my purchased downloads?
After payment is completed, available download links will appear on the order confirmation page, in your order email, and under My Account > Downloads.
Please save downloaded files to your device. Some MP3 recordings are large and may require additional time to download.
Is packaging discreet?
Yes. Physical orders are handled with privacy in mind. Packaging and order communication are kept discreet and respectful.
What do the literature designations mean?
Each piece of SAA literature carries a designation that shows how it was approved: ISO Literature Committee Approved, ISO Literature Committee Approved under Concurrent Review/Distribution, ISO Conference Approved, or Outside literature approved for sale. See Official Literature Designations for what each one means.
