Physical Items

Items must be in new condition, unless damaged during shipping. Customers pay return shipping, except when the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.

After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue the refund for the original payment method within 3 business days. Original shipping will be refunded when the item is defective or damaged, or we sent the wrong item.

Downloads

Downloads are non-refundable except when a technical problem prevents use, and we cannot resolve it.
