Discreet packaging and respectful order communication.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SAA Store at https://saa-store.org/ and purchases made from the International Service Organization of SAA, Inc. (“ISO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the store or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store or place an order.

1. Store Operator

The SAA Store is operated by the International Service Organization of SAA, Inc. The store offers SAA literature, recovery-related resources, convention recordings, downloadable products, medallions, chips, key fobs, and other approved items.

2. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Colors, dimensions, packaging, cover artwork, and screen images may differ slightly from the delivered product because of manufacturing changes, device displays, file updates, or product revisions.

Products, variations, quantities, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, correct errors, or cancel an unavailable item. If a paid item cannot be supplied, we will provide an appropriate refund or contact the purchaser about available options.

3. Customer Accounts and Guest Checkout

You may be able to place an order as a guest or create a customer account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for protecting account credentials. Notify the ISO if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

Creating an account may make it easier to view orders, downloads, addresses, and supported saved-payment methods. Available features depend on the store and payment provider.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in the cart. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance or availability. The ISO may review, accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory, pricing or description errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, technical errors, shipping restrictions, or misuse of the store.

If an accepted order is cancelled after payment, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and order totals are calculated during checkout. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amount displayed when the order is submitted.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers under their own terms and privacy policies. The ISO is not responsible for delays caused by a bank, card issuer, payment network, or payment provider, but we will reasonably assist with store-side order questions.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Physical products are shipped according to the options available at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, address problems, or circumstances outside the ISO’s control. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Additional details appear on the Shipping and Delivery page, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Digital Products and Downloads

Downloadable products may include MP3 recordings, EPUB e-books, virtual medallions, and other files. Access is provided after applicable payment and order processing requirements are satisfied. A compatible device, software application, internet connection, and sufficient storage may be required.

Purchase of a digital product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the file for its intended personal or authorized group purpose. The purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the content.

Unless the ISO provides written permission, you may not reproduce, publish, upload, broadcast, forward, share, resell, distribute, modify for redistribution, or make a purchased file or download link available to another person or on a public or shared platform.

8. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds for printed and digital products are covered by our Return/Refund Policy. Please read that policy before returning an item or requesting a refund.

9. Contributions

The store may provide an option to add a contribution to an order or continue to an external SAA contribution form without making a purchase. Contributions are voluntary and are intended only for eligible SAA members or SAA groups in keeping with SAA contribution guidance and the Seventh Tradition.

A contribution is not payment for a product. Contributions processed through an external service may be governed by additional terms and privacy information presented by that service. Questions about contribution eligibility, receipts, recurring contributions, or corrections should be directed to the ISO.

10. Copyright and Trademarks

Store content and products may include material protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. No written material, graphic image, audio recording, digital file, or other content may be copied, reproduced, duplicated, distributed, or conveyed without authorization from the International Service Organization of SAA, Inc., except as permitted by law or expressly stated with the product.

Sex Addicts Anonymous, SAA, associated logos, and related marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of the International Service Organization of Sex Addicts Anonymous, Inc. No license to use those marks is granted through use of the store or purchase of a product.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, misuse customer accounts, submit false payment or delivery information, distribute malicious code, scrape protected content, evade purchase or download controls, or use the store for unlawful activity.

12. Reviews and Submitted Content

If the store allows reviews or other submitted content, you are responsible for what you submit. Do not include another person’s private information, meeting details that could compromise anonymity, unlawful material, abusive content, or content unrelated to the product. The ISO may moderate or remove submissions when reasonably necessary.

13. External Services and Links

The store may link to payment providers, shipping carriers, meeting resources, contribution forms, e-reader applications, or other third-party services. The ISO does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of services it does not operate.

14. Disclaimer

The store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the ISO does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, continuous product availability, or compatibility with every device or third-party application. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the ISO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the store, delayed delivery, loss of access, third-party services, or misuse of digital files. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited only to the extent permitted by law.

16. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in the SAA Store Privacy Policy. By using the store, you acknowledge that order and technical information will be processed as necessary to operate the store and fulfill transactions.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when store functionality, products, policies, service providers, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. The Terms in effect when an order is submitted generally apply to that order, unless a change is required by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the ISO in the State of Texas, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply based on the customer’s location.
