From download to reading
Use the file supplied with your order. Most e-books are EPUB files and require a compatible reading app. An EPUB is not a PDF or Word document.
Download your file
Open Downloads in My Account or use the download link in your order email.
My downloads →Check the file type
If the supplied file is a ZIP archive, extract it first. Use the EPUB in a reading app, or a PDF reader for a supplied PDF.
Open or import
Import the file into your preferred app. For device-specific steps, follow the current instructions from the provider below.
Choose your device
Kindle
Use Amazon’s Send to Kindle service for supported EPUB files. Do not copy the EPUB directly to a Kindle by USB and expect it to open.
Amazon Send to Kindle →Apple Books
Save your EPUB, then open or share it with Books on your Apple device.
Apple Books support →Android / Google Play Books
Upload your supported EPUB or PDF to your Google Play Books library using the provider’s instructions.
Google Play Books support →Computer or another e-reader
Install a compatible EPUB reader and import your file. Consult your device or app provider for supported formats and transfer methods.
